No problem, if for any reason will not be able to come... In case of cancellation within 30 days  before arrival will be refunded the full amount paid, after 30 days it will keep the deposit of 25%. The deposit will be retained, however, considered valid for staying at our hotel in other periods and it's ransferable to third parties (friends or relatives).
