A 10% discount is available for those who book  a minum stay of 7 days and pay a deposit of € 300,00  before 15 March 2016.

A 5% discount is available for those who book  a minum stay of 7 days and pay a deposit of € 300,00  before 30 April 2016.

 If for any reason will not be able to come, no problem ... In case of cancellation within 30 days before date of arrival will be refunded the full amount paid.After 30 days until 7 days , the deposit will be retained, however, and considered valid for staying at our hotel in other periods and it's transferable to third parties (friends or relatives).

Discount for  Kids ( in the bedroom with 2 adults):

  • 0-6 months FREE
  • 6-24 months € 15,00 a day
  • 2-5 anni discount 50%
  • 6-12 anni discount 30%
  • >12 anni discount20%
  • Family Plan 2+2 = 3 (until a 14 years)

  Reduction and Supplements

  • Half Board: € 5,00 per person per day to reduce by the pricelist;
  • Double single use: + 30% surcharge on price;
  • View on  the sea supplement € 10,00 per room

Services and terms:

Prices are per person per day and in full board  with drinks on the table for a minimum stay of three days. All offers are not combinable with each other and have a limited number of rooms. Rooms are available from 12:00 on day of arrival, the rooms are left at 10:00 am the day of departure, the holiday begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on departure day.

Bookings will be confirmed if the client will send no later than 7 days from the date of booking a deposit of € 300.00 per room for a minimum stay of 7 days, for shorter period than 7 days € 150,00 per room, otherwise the hotel can cancel the booking at any time, without exception. Meals not consumed during the stay are not deductible from the finale balance, in case of no show for any reason, the hotel retains the deposit sent as a penalty, in case of early departure the client is subject to any penalties calculated from the hotel.

Early departures & renounces:

The customer who has booked and renounce at holiday in hotel, or tleave the property before the date agreed, is allowed, on the transaction, which compensates the hotel owner for the damage suffered by paying the lesser amount between the cost of accommodation for a number three days and the cost agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract multiplied by three.
